Tech and Real Estate have become among major industries in the present years with success stories been recorded by different players.
On October 29, 2022, it was expository day for real estate realtors, tech enthusiasts and the general public as the foremost real estate company, bamboo Real Estate Limited held it’s realtors summit in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The event which saw more than one thousand capacity hall filled to the bring had speakers like; Emeka Nobis, Maple Tammy Dappa, Chinonso Ogbogu, Chris Ani, Festus Erewele, Nnamdi Uba, Olumati Isaiah and exceptional Panelists.

Maple Tammy Dappa:
Mr. Maple Tammy Dappa, is one of the intelligent personalities who spoke during the realtors summit in Port Harcourt. As a Brand Strategy Consultant at Mapemond Brand Consulting, Maple Dappa spoke about business branding.
According to him, a brand is a mark, and branding is marking. The difference between brand and branding is that branding is a process, and your mark informs the type of people you attract.
He said in marking yourself, you need to know what you really want: plan towards the image of yourself you want to build, plan your mannerisms, and the content you put out.
Nnamdi Uba:
Mr. Nnamdi Uba made it known that Metaverse makes the real estate world easy by contributing to the smooth flow of communication between you and your clients.
He said, “In real estate, NFTs give an online representation of your asset: when you buy online, you own offline.”
Festus Erewele:
Festus Erewele spoke on the need for self development. He said Nigeria is made up of about 218 million people and these people are divided into three, which are; Survival group, Success group and the Significance group.
Chris Ani:
Chris Ani, known as a successful crypto trader, spoke on the need to be financial free. He said the fastest way to achieve financial freedom is by trading crypto, and here is why.
Chris said participants should be exposed to a dollarized economy and build an economy that will enable then have access to your money at any time.
Chinonso Ogbogu:
Starting his season with his pitiable life experience, Chinonso Ogbogu, said everyone who want to build generational wealth must be ready to unlearn, learn and relearn. The founder of SABI WRITER said “life will always meet you at the junction of your readiness.”
Chinonso said if you want to be a good realtor, go and develop yourself.
Emeka Nobis:
Emeka Nobis spoke on the benefits of leveraging on Tech and Real Estate. He advised the Summit participants to choose their niche and never underestimate the power of social media ads.
The Summit was one which cannot be easily forgotten by the participants.
