Blue Ivy Carter is an American singer and the first-born daughter of musicians Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Blue Ivy is regarded as “the most famous baby in the world” by Times Magazine. She is regarded by the Guinness World Record as the youngest person to have a charted song on any Billboard chart after her vocals were featured on the song “Glory”, by her father Jay-Z.
