KO Baba reveals why he won’t relocate to Lagos
Popular Nigerian standup Comedian, KO Baba Jornsen has revealed his reason for remaining in Port Harcourt rather than relocating to Lagos State. He said he can be a bigger brand from his base without moving out to another city.
KO Baba made the revelation when he appeared as a panelist during the Niger Delta CEOs Submit 2022 on Saturday in Port Harcourt.
In the event tagged: Critical Essential For Building The Niger Delta We Desire, the Mayor Of Pitakwa convener said he see comedy as a business that will lead him to do other big businesses.
Revealing why he will not relocate to Lagos, the Port Harcourt base Comedian said: “I don’t believe that I must go to Lagos before I will become big. I have a mindset of making it big from Niger Delta.”
Speaking on self development, KO Baba told the submit participants that he can succeed without the Government input, citing that despite the State Government gifting some entertainers some millions, he’s still bigger and better than them.
He also encourage other Creatives in the region to be proactive in developing the Niger Delta. KO Baba said; “If we must build Niger Delta, creative in Niger Delta must have the mindset of developing the region.“
