Popular American actor, Matthew Perry dies at 54
American actor, Matthew Langford Perry, famous for his iconic role as Chandler Bing in the hit 90’s series ‘Friends,’ has died at the age of 54.
According to report made available by TMZ, Matthew Perry, was found dead in a jacuzzi at his Los Angeles home on Saturday. He died from an apparent drowning, the outlet reported
TMZ also reported that a Police source confirmed that no drugs were found at the scene, and foul play is not suspected in his passing though investigation is ongoing.
Perry acted alongside costars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer in the hit TV series ‘Friends’ which earned him an Emmy nomination in 2002.
Matthew Langford Perry was born on August 19, 1969. He was an American-Canadian actor who gained international recognition in the 1990s for playing Chandler Bing on the NBC television sitcom Friends (1994–2004) and earned a Screen Actors Guild Award for the role.
