Pour the mixture into a suitable form, spread the frozen raspberries on top and bake in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes (check every now and then). A creamy, fruity curd treat with extra protein is ready.

This high-protein breakfast from the air fryer is high in protein, filling and ready in under 20 minutes. For one to two servings, four eggs are mixed with 50 ml milk, 30 g neutral protein powder, 100 g reduced-fat diced ham, half a red pepper and 3-4 stalks of spring onions as well as a pinch of salt and pepper. The mixture is placed in an ovenproof dish or on baking paper. Bake in the Airfryer at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes in Bake or Hot Air mode. Then let it cool down briefly and enjoy straight away.
